Pricing questions

How does the 7-day free trial work?+

Start on Starter or Pro and use everything free for seven days. Cancel any time before day 7 and you pay nothing — we'll send you a reminder on day 6 so it never catches you out.

Can I change plans after signing up?+

Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What counts as a contact?+

A contact is anyone you've added to Rapprt with a sport or interest tracked. Starter allows up to 10 contacts. Pro and above is unlimited.

Do you offer annual billing?+

Annual billing is available on Team and Enterprise plans with a discount. Get in touch via the form above to discuss.

Is there a minimum commitment on Team plans?+

Team plans require a minimum of 5 seats. You can scale up or down each month. Enterprise contract length and billing frequency are worked out with you directly — get in touch to discuss what fits.

Does Rapprt work with Google Workspace?+

Rapprt currently works with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365. The dashboard works in any browser. Google Workspace support is on our roadmap — email suggestions@rapprt.com if this matters to you.
